If this worries any of you, you should 100% look into home warranties that you pay for monthly. I pay $25 and it covers my water, sewer, gas & electric inside and outside to wherever each individual line is no longer my responsibility. There are maximum amounts they pay out but the water/sewer is $7500…and that’s $7500 that I don’t have or need to pay!
