The farther you look into space, the deeper you travel into time. Explanation Kepler-11 is a planetary system located approximately 2,000 light-years away from Earth. Light takes time to travel through space. So, if an observer were looking at Earth from that distance, the light reaching them today would show Earth as it was around 2,000 years ago — roughly the time of the Roman Empire. This means they wouldn't see our modern world, smartphones, or cities. They would receive an ancient version of Earth's light! Here's the mind-blowing part: When we look at distant objects in space, we are actually looking into their past. Note: This is a hypothetical example, not an actual observation from Kepler-11b. #spacefacts #kepler11b #Astronomy #universe #cosmos
