Ingredients: - 75g dry pasta - 150g grilled chicken breast -100g cottage cheese -30g parmesan - 80g cooked spinach - 1 tbsp pesto (15g) - garlic powder - salt - black pepper Instructions: 1. Cook the penne pasta until soft and glossy, then drain. 2. While the pasta is still hot, add it into a large mixing bowl. 3. Add the cottage cheese on top of the hot pasta. 4. Mix until the cottage cheese melts into a creamy sauce. 5. Add the grilled chicken cubes. 6. Sprinkle in the grated parmesan. 7. Add the cooked spinach. 8. Add one spoon of green pesto. 9.
