🐾 CHARLIE PLEASE DON’T LET PEOPLE FORGET HIM 💔 There is something deeply painful about watching a dog’s story get lost in the endless stream of posts on social media. One moment, people are sharing his picture and asking for help. A little later, new videos appear, new stories take their place, and the dog who needed help is no longer being talked about. But Charlie’s need for a safe home does not disappear just because his video is no longer on someone’s screen. That is why we are asking you to stop and look at Charlie today. We understand that not everyone can adopt. Some people rent homes where pets are not allowed. Some work long hours. Some have other animals or family responsibilities. Others simply are not ready to make a lifelong commitment. Those are valid reasons not to adopt. But if you cannot bring Charlie home, perhaps you can help us reach someone who can. Share his picture with a friend. Send his video to a family member who has been considering adoption. Tell a local rescue volunteer about him. Encourage someone who is interested to contact the rescue and ask about his needs, temperament, health information, and adoption requirements. Please don’t assume that another person has already helped. Please don’t assume that one more share makes no difference. We cannot guarantee what will happen next, but we can continue working to find Charlie a suitable placement. We can continue asking people to care. We can keep his story moving until the right person sees it. 🐾 HOW TO HELP CHARLIE ❤️ Adoption: Visit our website and complete the adoption application. ❤️ Fostering: Contact the rescue to ask about current foster opportunities. ❤️ Sharing: Help Charlie’s story reach people who may be able to offer a home. 📍 New Jersey 🌐 purrpawrescue.base44.app If you cannot locate Charlie’s profile on the website, please contact the rescue for assistance rather than assuming the site is not working. Please help us turn views into meaningful action. Charlie deserves more than a moment of sympathy. He deserves the opportunity to find a safe place where he will be loved and cared for. ❤️🐾 #chihuahua #dogmoms #dogsoftiktok #rescue #fyp - @purrpawanimalrescue
