@heardemsaymedia: More than 30 years after Tupac Shakur was murdered, Keffe D has been sentenced to 40 years to life in prison. Keffe D was convicted of orchestrating the 1996 retaliation and supplying the gun used in the shooting. He was not accused of pulling the trigger, and the shooter’s identity was never conclusively established in court. Before delivering the sentence, Judge Carli Kierny told him: “You don’t get to take a man from his family… especially when that man is Tupac Shakur.” Tupac’s family also addressed the court. His brother Mopreme spoke about everything Pac never got to experience, adding: “All Pac got was a death sentence.” Keffe D remains the only person ever charged or convicted in connection with Tupac’s killing.
