Love our z-drapes! We don’t use them often. But, when we do, we almost never leave them for more than 4hrs (strictly due to the flow of cases and need of rooms). I believe our policy says 6hrs.

They used them at my hospital specifically because there was a surgeon who had block time in the afternoon but VERY rarely on time, sometimes he was hours late. They would open the setup when the surgeon arrived to do his cases.

6-8 hours I believe. The company has a IFO for it but comes down to hospital policy.

We use them all the time. We usually limit the drape time to 8 hours.
