As a father all I want to do is make sure my son is looked after, and I am sure you are the same if your a parent. Most parents default to the RESP when trying to their kids up for success, and it not to say that is a bad thing to do, they just don’t know that there are other strategies you can do to set them up. SUNBUTTER CUPS 🧡 🍫 Grab the FULL GUIDE full of healthy Halloween candy recipes through the LINK AT THE TOP OF MY PAGE! 🤍 And FOLLOW for more! 1 cup (256g) creamy salted sunbutter ¼ cup (84g) pure maple syrup 2 ½ tbsp (18g) coconut flour or ⅔ cup (74g) almond flour 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 1 ½ cups (9 oz, 255g) dark chocolate chips 1 tbsp (14g) coconut oil Line a 12-cup muffin pan with parchment liners. Mix together the sunbutter, maple syrup, coconut or almond flour, and vanilla in a small bowl. Scoop heaping 1 tbsp portions and shape into a flat circle. Freeze on a parchment lined plate. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between. Pour roughly 1 tbsp of the chocolate into each muffin cup, then top with the sunbutter circles. Top with the remaining chocolate and bang the muffin tin on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles. Freeze for 20 minutes to set. Unwrap and enjoy! Makes 12 sunbutter cups.
