Has happened to me a few times and it keeps coming back no matter how many times I appeal and they remove it. I don't get why their system re-scans content that has already been appealed. 🫩

if it mislabels half the real art they essentially steal your work twice. once for the General AI data and again as an advertisement for gen AI. All while weakening people's ability to tell the two apart. sounds like a conspiracy theory but American corps have literally done crazier shit.
