She might have anxiety from the wind. You could try to talk to her and say it’s ok or a gentle “no” and redirect her to a toy or safe place instead of ignoring her. Pls don’t take that the wrong way. Just giving advice!

I have two full grown pitbull’s, and they have two pitbull puppies not by my adult dogs, but we rescued two puppies and anytime anybody walks by they bark anytime they get a little hit of noise they bark and one of my dogs have this deep, huge bark and it rattles the house like if you can just tell like people complain. I can’t help it. I have a dog well I have four dogs can’t help it. I don’t know what you want me to do. I don’t know what they’re barking at. There’s nothing for them to bark at, but they just do it. I get it.
