Being a top player does not make you untouchable. And representing your country means absolutely nothing if you cannot treat another human being with basic decency. I'm angry. I'm heartbroken. And I'm disgusted that we've reached a point where we're having this conversation after losing someone. How many times have we dismissed harassment as drama? How many times have we stayed quiet because the people involved are popular, talented or influential? When does it become enough? We cannot bring Eve back. But we can stop protecting reputations at the expense of accountability. We can stop normalising abuse.
