But this time, my friends and I also tried two of their fall specials: Maple Corn Matcha and Blueberry Chantilly Matcha! 🍁🫐 🌽 Maple Corn Matcha: Definitely one of the most interesting flavor combinations I’ve tried! The corn-infused milk really comes through, with a subtle sweetness from the maple syrup. The owner recommended mixing everything together for the best experience, and I can see why! Not overly sweet, just a fun and unique twist on matcha. 🫐 Blueberry Chantilly Matcha: Loved the quality of their house-made blueberry sauce! Fruity, with a slight tartness that balances nicely with the creamy mascarpone foam. 🍵 My thoughts on the matcha: Both drinks have unique, creative flavors, but the matcha is on the lighter, milder side, making them great for beginners! I personally prefer a bold, full-bodied matcha with a stronger grassy note, so I’d recommend adding an extra shot for more matcha depth.
