During cult clashes, rivals do not ask if you are DNKI or Vikings because they know they are the same. Cultists like Abdulrahman Saleh move with police protection because he is a king, while others who join because of him eventually get k**led when trouble comes. Naija Confra don’t just preach “Reject Cultism” to non-cultists, we also preach “Reject Violence” to cultists, and we appreciate it when cultists do the right things. However, our position remains clear: we do not support cultism in our “security institutions” and our “schools.” Our security institutions are the last hope for safety and security, while our schools are where our k!ds and the leaders of tomorrow are. Cult groups can carry out charitable activities elsewhere without bringing cultism into our security institutions and schools. The authorities should listen and understand how deeply cultism has spread. Dang£rous cult groups renovate police stations and other security institutions on a regular basis because the authorities have failed to do their jobs. These violent cult groups k**l Nigerians on a daily basis and later go on to support government projects to gain recognition and validation.
