he had gone to his car, grabbed a baton and brandished it while a woman was being agressive and wouldn't leave his store. they detained him until they cleared the store and felt safe, then let him go and asked him to bring them the feed from his meta glasses when he could.

The subway worker pulled a baton on the unruly customer to get her to leave the store rather than just calling the police so he got off with a warning, but the cops were telling him that it could’ve been worse because of the baton is considered a deadly weapon
