Wow you got loads done in 2 hours. Well done. As for the cupboard I think it depends whether you want it to be a feature or not. Personally I would either paint it same colour as walls or to match it to the rest of your furniture xx

Just a tip- Micella water for any makeup in carpet works maybe dab that first and finish with the cleaner xx
