@theoregonian: Five students and four teachers were in the special needs classroom at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend on Thursday afternoon when a 16-year-old assailant burst into the room and shot three children, ages 5, 8 and 11, and one teacher to death, a spokesperson for the Bend-La Pine School District said Monday. The shooting also injured one student, 7-year-old Saylor Graham, and another staff member, special education staff member Becky Drury, police have said. But police had not previously reported that there was another child in the classroom who survived the incident, along with another special education staff member. 🔗 Read more at the link in our bio. 📷: Mark Graves/The Oregonian #bend
