Roll out the dough and cut into round cookies. Use a small heart-shaped cutter to cut a heart from the centre of half the cookies. 5. Arrange the cookies on a lined baking tray. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 12–15 minutes, until set and lightly golden at the edges. 6. Let the cookies cool completely. 7. Spread strawberry jam over each whole cookie. Place a heart-cutout cookie on top, aligning the edges so the red jam shows through the heart. 8.
