This is very counter intuitive and actually missing the point somewhat. its dangerous to act complacently in the face of real life. Sure, let go of what you cant control...but make sure you control everything else before it controls you.

I used to feel like this when I was younger but so many bad things happened to me that could not be explained away in my favour that my attitude really changed 😢 for example- my biggest problem is my daughters significant disability
