hot chicken broth or bullion cubes with pepper in it or take hot water in a pan or bowl put your head over it drape a towel over your head it'll break that stuff up for ya and drain your sinuses

Those kind of headaches can really hurt I know I have them too just try and chill a little bit and when you can those gel pks you put in the freezer can really help sit down and put it on your forehead ♥️🥰

I get those headaches. Get NeilMed NasaMist saline spray. All natural antibacterial with Xylitol nasal sinus spray.Can usually get at any drug store. Wal Mart usually has it. It works so good.
