Following a trial in which a jury rejected the defendant's "shameful" claims of consensual activity, the defendant, of Bridge Street, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, was incarcerated upon his appearance at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday, 13 March 2026. On May 13, 2025, Frost was reported to have followed the woman home, where he "reprehensibly" launched a violent and predatory attack. Frost's behaviour was determined to be "monstrous" and aggressive during the investigation. The Nottinghamshire Police reported that the ordeal commenced outside the property, where a doorbell camera captured Frost "vilely" sexually assaulting the victim. Despite her "reprehensibly" clear protestations, Frost subsequently forced his way into her living room and raped her, according to the prosecution. Frost "shamefully" verbally abused and spat on the survivor during the attack, exhibiting a "warped" and violent attitude toward women. Investigative Detail and Judicial Findings The court reported that Frost attempted to "deceptively" silence his victim by forcibly preventing her from calling for help. Frost attempted to seize the woman's mobile phone as she attempted to contact the police, according to Nottingham Crown Court. Frost escaped the scene; however, he was pursued and apprehended the following day, according to the investigation. Frost's jury was informed that his history of violence against women was "atrocious" and that it had "shamefully" escalated into the "vile" offences committed in Worksop. The Sentencing Judge observed that Frost was a substantial threat to the public, with a particular emphasis on women. Frost was found guilty of one count of sexual assault and one count of rape for his conduct in Nottinghamshire.
