Tapi ingat, bebas bayar bukan berarti bebas lapor ya. Rekan-rekan mitra ojol yang sudah ber-NPWP tetap wajib melakukan pencatatan penghasilan secara rapi dan melaporkan SPT Tahunan. --- The government has recently issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) 27/2026, which brings good news in the form of capped application commission rates (maximum 8%) and enhanced social security. However, the "tax-free" claim actually refers to the existing MSME Final Income Tax (PPh Final) facility. The fact is, individual ride-hailing drivers are entitled to a Final Income Tax exemption as long as their gross turnover (gross income) in one tax year does not exceed Rp500 million. But remember, being exempt from paying doesn't mean you're exempt from reporting. Ojol drivers who have a Tax ID (NPWP) are still required to keep neat income records and file their Annual Tax Returns (SPT). #Pajakku #Perpres27Tahun2026 #PajakOjol #DriverOjol

Agritopia is one of those Gilbert neighborhoods that feels completely different from what most people expect when they picture Arizona. Before I moved here from Illinois, I honestly pictured a lot of brown, cactus, desert and subdivisions that all kind of blended together. Then you find places like this. Agritopia has a little bit of the community feel I was used to back home. Mature trees. People outside. Front porches. Homes that actually have some character. Places in the neighborhood where you can grab something to eat or a glass of wine and actually run into people you know. It just feels different. You’ll find: ✅ Mature landscaping and tree-lined streets ✅ Unique homes that don’t all look the same ✅ Front porches and a more connected neighborhood feel ✅ Homes with basements, which is pretty unusual in Arizona ✅ A community farm and garden spaces ✅ Barnone with restaurants, local businesses and places to hang out ✅ Garage-East, which has become one of Brooke and my favorite spots for a glass of wine...or 2. 😂 I lived on acreage and on a lake back in Illinois, so I’ve always liked places that feel a little more personal, a little more established, and a little less like every house was dropped from the same blueprint. That’s probably why I like Agritopia as much as I do. And I think it makes a ton of sense for a certain person moving their family here too. Maybe you want Gilbert. You want a cool house. You want your kids growing up somewhere that actually feels like a neighborhood. But you don’t necessarily want a brand-new subdivision where every street and every house feels the same. This is where I’d tell you to look. You’re close to everything Gilbert has to offer, but Agritopia still has its own identity. And after living here for 5+ years, I’ve realized that’s harder to find than people probably think. If this feels more like the Arizona neighborhood you’ve been looking for, comment “FARM” and I’ll send you every home currently for sale in Agritopia.
