LinkedIn: where a man who got made redundant on Tuesday is, by Thursday, a thought leader on resilience.

It’s true though lol, should be a meritocracy. I see plenty of incompetent women in high positions, solely because of their gender to tick a box.

He's absolutely 100% correct. It's a comforting excuse. This gender politics is not based in reality. It's mandatory dogma that you can't question without penalty, so nobody ever challenges it.

💔 74-YEAR-OLD UNCLE STILL WORKS THROUGH THE NIGHT JUST TO SURVIVE IN SAIGON Meet Uncle Thắng, 74 years old, who spends his nights pumping air into tires on the streets of District 6 just to make ends meet. Uncle suffers from complications of diabetes, leaving him with blurry vision in both eyes. He can only see about one meter ahead. He also suffered a mild stroke, leaving both legs weak and making it difficult for him to walk. Despite his health, Uncle continues working from 2 PM until 10 AM the following morning just to survive. Uncle shared that after he became sick, his wife and children left him, and he’s been struggling on his own ever since. He pays 2 million VND a month for a small rented room, which he mainly uses to store his belongings and sleep during the day. At night, he’s back outside working. When it rains, he has no shelter, so he puts on his raincoat and continues sitting outside, sometimes even sleeping in the rain. A few months ago, Uncle went to the hospital for treatment but was asked to pay a 3 million VND deposit before being admitted. Unfortunately, he couldn’t afford it and had no choice but to go home. At 74 years old, with his health declining, Uncle should be resting and enjoying his remaining years. Instead, he’s still out there every day doing whatever he can to survive. 📍 WHERE TO FIND UNCLE: Gate No. 5, Bình Phú General Hospital 249B Nguyễn Văn Luông Street, District 6, Saigon. If you’re living nearby or happen to be passing through the area, please stop by and show Uncle some love and support. Whether it’s helping him out a little or simply checking in on him, every little act of kindness matters. ❤️Let’s come together and make Uncle’s days a little easier. If you’re nearby or passing through the area, please stop by and show Uncle some love and support. Every little bit helps. And if you’re far away, simply sharing his story can help it reach people nearby who can help him directly. ❤️Let’s come together and make Uncle’s days a little easier
