So kit and caboodle includes everything but the spider monkey and holding all the animals and going inside the enclosure is alittle different like brushing the cow and playing with kangaroos or am I incorrect??

If you have any sort of pelvic floor dysfunction, doing a warmup of your core and pelvic floor muscles before exercising can be game changing 🙌 45 seconds each: Step 1: Belly breathing or diaphragmatic breathing - making your belly big on inhaling, then deflating on exhaling Step 2: Add in your pelvic floor. Inhale, relax and lengthen pelvic floor // exhale, contract pelvic floor Step 3: Add on a knee squeeze. So inhale, relax pelvic floor and legs // exhale, contract pelvic floor and squeeze knees. Step 4: Add on a bridge. Inhale, relax pelvic floor and legs // exhale, contract pelvic floor and bridge up. This is a warmup I do before all runs, walks, exercise classes or other workouts. It helps prep your core and pelvic floor to support you the whole way through your workout 💪 Join my free pelvic floor newsletter for more pelvic floor tips 🩷🌸 Link in bio! #pelvicfloorexercises #pelvichealth #pelvicpt #pelvicfloorphysicaltherapy #pelvicfloorhealth
