The KKK thing is such a stupid argument. Even if a Democrat did create them, which party does the KKK overwhelmingly support today? And which party flies their flag at events claiming "muh heritage". And finally, which party wants to keep the statues of the founders of the KKK prominently displayed? We don't live in the past.
