Nothing gets an entrepreneur more excited than getting named in MULTIPLE LAWSUITS! Sounds crazy? I’ll tell you what’s even crazier—not being prepared when the attorneys come knocking. Nothing gets an entrepreneur more excited than getting named in MULTIPLE LAWSUITS! Sounds crazy? I’ll tell you what’s even crazier—not being prepared when the attorneys come knocking. DESCRIPTION You never know what you’re made of until you get punched in the mouth. And nothing puts fear into an entrepreneur faster than getting served with a lawsuit. But after decades in business, I’ve learned something. When you’re building companies, developing real estate, and working with hundreds of partners, disputes and lawsuits can become part of the journey. The question isn’t whether you’ll face adversity. The question is whether you’ve prepared for it. That’s why our Fearless Operating System has Seven Keys. Key 1 — Purchase. Your protection starts before you ever close on the property. Negotiate legal reserves into your purchase. Where possible, negotiate seller-funded escrow accounts. Structure the transaction so you’re preparing for potential problems before they happen. Key 7 — Legal & AI. Don’t wait until you get sued to find an attorney. Build your legal team, understand your contracts, establish your reserves, and create the systems that protect your business. Consider allocating 3–5% of your monthly production toward legal reserves and expenses, adjusted to your actual risks and obligations. Why? Because nothing grips an entrepreneur harder than FEAR. And fear comes from the UNKNOWN. But when you already have the attorneys, the reserves, the contracts, and the systems in place, the unknown becomes manageable. You’re not scrambling. You’re operating. You may get punched in the mouth. You may lose a battle. But that doesn’t mean you stop building. Fearless doesn’t mean you don’t face lawsuits. Fearless means you’ve built a business prepared to withstand them. That’s the difference between owning a business and becoming an OPERATOR. We prepare. We protect. We persevere. And we still win. #FearlessLiving #FearlessOperator #SevenKeys #Entrepreneurship #RealEstateDevelopment
