I’ve attended many funerals in my lifetime, but Cip’s farewell was truly breathtaking. Before the service, a gentleman played such beautiful music on a harp that you felt like you were in heaven.@WINNERS BINGO I wish I could have captured the beauty inside. Behind her casket stood a stunning floral backdrop, about ten feet tall, filled with pink carnations, roses, and other flowers. Candles and vases filled with flowers lined the aisle. A white runner stretched down the aisle, leading to her casket. On the floor around her casket were beautiful pink and white flowers, as though she were nestled in a bed of flowers. Every detail reflected how deeply she was loved. In the midst of our sadness, hearing that Cip’s generosity lives on brought joy to my heart. We were told that she donated her heart, lungs, and both kidneys, giving four people another chance at life. Even in her passing, she continued to give. ❤️ Her son amazed me as he stood so proudly and spoke so beautifully about his mother. There were no tears in his eyes, just a glowing smile that would have made his mother proud. His last words were, “I’m gonna make my mom proud.” How do you say goodbye to someone so sweet and giving? Someone whose smile could light up a room and whose laughter was so contagious? There will never be another Cip. Frank gave his daughter a beautiful farewell, ending with a carriage drawn by one beautiful horse—a loving tribute to his precious daughter. The releasing of the doves was another unforgettable moment. After they were released, they gathered together, but one stayed behind. Then, as the balloons were lifted, that dove came back and circled right above us. In the middle of such a difficult goodbye, that beautiful moment touched my heart.
