The deposit is $150 which comes out of the price the day of the tattoo (obviously) and whatever price you lock in when you book is the price you pay/ for example today it’s 248, tomorrow it’s 249, day after it’s 250, etc etc. this started at $235 per session and even though you missed your chance to book that in, you can still book today’s price, which is lower than tomorrow will be. The reason this works is because booking so far out allows me to lower my bills essentially and the savings I get from doing so I can pass on to all my clients, which allows me to keep lowering my rate. My wife and I are the only tattoos artists in NYC (on 18th street) offering our quality at this rate. I hope I see that change by showing others we can make a comfortable living while bringing fair prices to everyone- but for now; this is definitely the best rate you’ll ever find in Manhattan.
