@jenthegrantguru: I’m honored to serve as Strategic Advisor to Palm Springs Section 14 Survivors, supporting the organizational planning and capacity needed to carry this important work forward. These photos are from Saturday’s Evening Under the Stars in Pasadena, Special Needs Network’s 20th-anniversary celebration. The event recognized two decades of advocacy and services for people with autism and other developmental disabilities, especially in underserved communities. Palm Springs Section 14 Survivors preserves the stories and advocates for families whose homes and community were destroyed in the 1960s. Its work advances reparations, recognition, healing, and a stronger future for survivors and descendants. I’m grateful to work alongside Pearl Devers and others committed to this mission. My work with nonprofits extends beyond grant writing. As a strategic advisor, I help organizations strengthen the leadership, planning, and systems that support their mission and long-term impact.
