This is a completely false binary. Wanting people to live peaceful, happy lives has nothing to do with whether you agree with a specific gender ideology. You can wish people well without being forced to change grammatical categories or abandon material reality. Trying to frame a standard disagreement about biology as "wanting people to suffer" is just a manipulation tactic to shut down a logical point.
