@thisbykelsey: garlic parm dipping burgers 🍔 i have been making these on repeat lately. recipe below! burgers: 1lb ground beef salt & pepper sliced cheese (i used truffle cheddar gruyere) hamburger buns caramelized onions: 3 yellow onions, thinly sliced 2-3tbsp olive oil pinch of salt burger spread: 1/3 cup mayo 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles 1–2 tsp pickle brine 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce black pepper garlic parmesan dipping sauce: 2 tbsp butter 5 minced garlic cloves 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup whole milk 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan salt, to taste chopped parsley caramelize the onions in olive oil over low heat until soft and golden, about 30-40 minutes. mix together the burger sauce ingredients and set aside. form the beef into patties and season with salt and pepper. cook in a hot pan, add the cheese and let it melt. for the dipping sauce, melt the butter and cook garlic until fragrant. add the cream and milk. simmer until slightly thickened. remove from the heat and stir in parmesan. season with salt and pepper. build with burger sauce sauce, patties, caramelized onions, and pickles. serve with plenty of garlic parmesan sauce for dipping. enjoy! #EasyRecipes #dinnerinspo #cookingtiktok #DinnerIdeas #comfortfood
