first of all, sorry for the bad quality for it is a screenshot from a video that I took. usually I'm guided by synchronicities. however, I was blinded by my progress in the workout and the cardio I was doing for a local race. as you can see from the photo, the first sign was having a flat tire. then as you can see I applied a patch so that I can glue it and go and do the final workout before the event. during this process, the praying mantis that you see landed directly on the tires patch and started to wave left and right literally telling me not to go and telling me not to do it today. I have completely ignored it. John, I put the tire back on my bike. I went to the nearest hue and I made the downhill with about 55-60 km per hour. I made such a four with the bike that I wasn't able to walk for the next month and a half from normally. I had a moderate damage on my body and I wasn't able to train for the next 2 months. the moral of the story - NEVER neglect or ignore signs like that because the universe is trying to tell you something most likely to save you from something.
