Don’t say I didn’t warn you not to go to Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana. Do not let the pretty pictures fool you. I added this in for those of you that want to know my experience: Ocean El Faro was beautiful and inexpensive. I was super excited to stay here. A lot of the staff was rude. We were constantly harassed to buy things that were not included and treated badly if we did not. We refused to buy a beach dinner multiple times and were told it was because we were Black that we did not see the value in this experience like white people did. The food was not good at restaurants. The buffet was okay. Among the restaurants we had one good meal at a restaurant called Blue Moon. The room was nice but smelled like mildew. If you ever looked at the floor while walking on the outside resort you would also notice that there were dead roaches laying around in several random different places. Since going here I’ve also seen a lot of horror stories from other people online so I do think that mine is a random incident. There are MUCH better all inclusives out there. #travel #puntacana #allinclusive #allinclusiveresort #traveltiktok
