A 5-year-old intellectually disabled boy was found dead in a home itoday in Grafton. Emergency services and police arrived at a home in Grafton around 6:40 AM on Monday after a child was found unresponsive. CPR was performed, but the 5-year-old could not be revived and died at the scene. Police discovered that the boy and his siblings had allegedly been restrained inside sleeping bags with duct tape, which was also wrapped around their heads and used as blindfolds. Carers told detectives the tape was used to help the children sleep.
