man you're too exaggerating, how can photo cell control millions of lamp. it has a number of bulbs to control. Even photo cell power limit is between 10-12 amps. So, in this case Photo cell can control 45 watts of bulbs In thousands right? You're good at the field but don't be too exaggerating.
