Too many people are poop shy, but even more people poop shame. The amount of times I’m at work and will hear people complain that is smells like 💩 in a bathroom is wild! Ofc it smells like that…it’s a bathroom!

It’s not a choice at all 😭 my body physically will not release in a public bathroom. If it were an emergency, that would be different, but just an everyday experience is not going to happen. Not even when I travel. It takes days to adjust.

i have a severe phobia with feces and i have been hospitalized in psych wards before and EVERY TIME for the entire 3-5 day span, id hold it the entire time. i genuinely could Not do it no matter how hard i tried 😭
