I have the exact same question as you do my anxiety is a little up about it as well. I don’t really feel comfortable talking about it with like other people that don’t want people to panic or feel like you know I’m crazy that it’s never gonna happen, but what if it is?

good rule of thumb...they say 3 days prepare for 3 months. they say 90 days prepare for min of a year. just saying..

Even buying 5-10$ worth of water beans and rice oatmeal, canned foods, can opener, each time you go to the store will help. Also medical supplies. It doesn’t take long to pile things up if you spend 10 bucks a store trip!

ok y'all stop panicking & think. what food takes small amounts of water and gas to cook. oatmeal, tuna, can beans, that 5 minute rice that's already cooked, flour, a type of fat like lard something to make like gravy. a can of crisco with candles makes for good heat. I lived over a month with no lights when a tornado hit a couple years ago. yes it's hard but I think we should practice before it happens
