@niothedon: Walmarts new pokemon mystery power box 📦 is it worth it? (Depends?) Today I was at Walmart looking for one piece and dragonball and ofc I ended up leaving with pokemon too. What do you think of these mystery boxes? I will say I always found the yugioh ones to be more entertaining and a better value. #mysterybox #packopening #pokemon #walmart #pokemoncards

in the early 2000s-2010s the walmart mystery packs actually had good value and variety in terms of packs and sometimes even gave holographic promos

I've never seen them. There was one at my Walmart. I picked it up and did a video. Wish I had gotten a vintage pack. I'd pick up another one.

Black women in the US are about three times more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than white women. That gap holds across income and education levels, which tells you it isn't about individual choices. Nothing in a bottle fixes that. What preparation can do is shift some things in your favor before you're in it. A preconception visit is the piece most often skipped. It's a chance to get blood pressure, thyroid, iron and any existing conditions looked at while there's still time to address them, and to review medications that may need changing. It's also the moment to choose your care team deliberately. Many women find that a provider who listens, and where available a doula, changes how heard they feel throughout. If you've been through it: what do you wish you'd known a year earlier? 👇 #prenatal #blackmaternalhealth #preconception #folate #womenshealth #wellness #selfcareroutine
