At times people need to know that education doesn't mean speaking english, english is a mere language as Luganda is. Education or being educated rather means going to school. be it technical. skills training, theory or otherwise and achieve knowlwdge. So, one might have branched off from ordinary primary xchools at any level and join a technical or skills training of their choice, that too is education!
