@trial_trackers: Yella Beezy’s longtime friend Theodore Thomas, also known as Jose Bodega, repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment during Day 3 of the rapper’s capital murder trial. Prosecutors questioned him about more than 140 pages of previous grand jury testimony involving the Get Rich Cartel, an alleged rap feud, and his whereabouts with Conway around the time Mo3 was killed. Thomas also invoked the Fifth when the defense questioned whether he had recanted earlier statements. Judge Chika Anyiam ordered him to return with his attorney. Markies Conway, known as Yella Beezy, is accused of hiring Kewon White to kill Dallas rapper Mo3 in 2020. Conway has pleaded not guilty. #YellaBeezy #TrueCrime #Courtroom #Trial
