I don't know if they do sell prepaid packages, if they do then those who are holding them would be a very worried group.

About the Central Limit Order Book International (CLOB International), an electronic trading system that allowed Singapore investors to trade Malaysian shares in the 1990s.
* 🇸🇬 Operated from Singapore
* 🇲🇾 Traded Malaysian-listed shares
* It was not an official Malaysian stock exchange
* In November 1998, Malaysia imposed capital controls and effectively stopped CLOB trading.
* About 172,000 Singapore investors were affected, with substantial amounts of Malaysian shares frozen ( Where DID those money SIPHONED TO ❓)
The CLOB episode became a major Singapore–Malaysia financial dispute and is still remembered by many investors

A lot of SME are running at a very unprofessional manner and the people at the top only cares of their interest . Most decision make are only for their own interests most of the time. But they are a listed company so what are the directors and shareholders doing . No check and balance ?

Companies can try not to pay CPF because these are hidden and employees at least for the time being not complain. But definitely not their pay as they can approach MOM just like recent cases of foreign workers. But why wait until the company is in the red beyond recovery, before this is done? Why auditors don’t check with CPF as part of their audits and highlight them? This is definitely a red flag that investors should know. Also why CPF can’t a screen for all companies that CPF is in arrears for the last 3 months and send a court notice as this is and offence? With AI this should be a piece of cake.
