@summerandhanna: 36 weeks pregnant and officially in the home stretch! 🥹🤍👶🏼 At our 36-week OB appointment, we had some really good conversations about preparing for labor, natural ways to encourage labor to start, and what a medical induction could look like if we end up needing one! One thing we’re learning throughout this pregnancy is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to bringing a baby into the world. 🫶🏼 A few things we talked about: 🌿 Natural labor prep: Staying active, gentle movement, and other methods that may help prepare the body (although none are guaranteed to start labor!). 🥰 Timing matters: Even though we’re getting SO close, babies still have important growing to do in these final weeks! 🏥 Medical inductions: Understanding why an induction might be recommended, the different methods available, and how to make informed decisions together. Our biggest goal is a healthy mama and healthy baby, however he decides to make his entrance! 💙 We’re getting closer to meeting our little boy, and it’s starting to feel SO real. 🥹 Mamas, did you go into labor spontaneously or end up being induced?
