Its so Hard to believe the West including America is so far behind in kindness and goodness, caring and basic humanity. Iran we only hear bad , we only see good ...keep up the good work .

various Muslim countries do it differently, in Dubai ppl leave groceries in a designated area outside the supermarket and the needy fetch it. In my country South Africa one of our Zakaath organizations gives the needy bank cards which we top up with funds and they can purchase their needs from certain designated stores

I don't think most of us know that muslims do a lot of charity, because it is important for them to do it quietly and not expect to be thanked for it. All the while, we spend a million Euro on a big show and then congratulate ourselves for collecting 100k.
