Idfc what people say, Otto is by far their best villian and regression is one of the best and hardest hitting songs Hoyo made

While both of them were selfish, only doing things for themselves, dottore's version is attaining godhood and turning teyvat into his playground whereas Otto's selfishness is him trying to give his first love a chance to live in a better future because of his mistake. He didn't care about crossing swords with anybody, all he wanted from the start is still what he wanted in the present; all to give kallen another chance at life. And that, according to him, is "the most selfish thing one can do" and that's what makes him very likeable

Otto is better, is a very formidable and terrible VILLAIN, the only point wich suck in thus apocalypse is, like in genshin, they tried to wash his character, a child killer lmao, I think this is when the HI3 scripture of the villains begun to fall, to the point even the nature of coccon was changed (not point of comparison with the GGZ version btw)

But Otto put everyone in check and DID achieve his goal, which leaves a bittersweet taste. On the other hand, after him, the writing quality of all hoyo games declined

The best villain/antagonist Hoyo ever made. I mean you straight up hate this guy until you reach his arc. He played the role of the villain perfectly.
