Rasa buttery dan cheesy dia diseimbangkan dengan lemon, jadi lebih fresh walaupun langsung tak menggunakan cooking cream. Bahan-bahan: • 200g spaghetti • 2 ulas bawang putih, dihiris • Sedikit olive oil • 50g unsalted butter • Parutan kulit daripada 1 biji lemon • Jus daripada ½ biji lemon • Lada hitam secukupnya • 3 helai daun basil, dikoyak • 1 sudu besar unsalted butter untuk finishing • Parmesan cheese, diparut halus • Air rebusan pasta secukupnya, mengikut kepekatan sos yang korang suka • Garam secukupnya untuk merebus pasta Bahan garnishing: • Parutan Parmesan cheese • Lada hitam • Daun basil Follow untuk satu resipi setiap hari.
