For this appointment, we skipped the foils completely and focused on refreshing her gloss. A gloss helps bring richness back into the hair, adjust any unwanted warmth, enhance shine, and keep the overall color looking fresh without creating unnecessary lightness. And because her original dimension was placed with her natural grow-out in mind, we didn’t need to go back in and add more highlights. This is why I love creating customized, low-maintenance color. My goal isn’t to have you sitting in my chair for a full highlight every 8 weeks. It’s to create a color that works with your natural hair, your lifestyle, and how often you actually want to visit the salon.
