PART 3/12 ✶ People STILL use help centers… Okay, hear me out. Help centers sound like something from 2012 😅 But people STILL use them, and the more complicated your product gets, the more useful they become. I thought showing people the features during onboarding would be enough. But realistically, who remembers everything they saw when they first opened an app? My daily planning app has 50+ features. There’s no way someone’s taking all of that in on day one. What I’ve found is that people will actually go through the help center if they know it exists. Especially once they’re paying. A lot of people want to make sure they’re getting the most out of the product, including the features they haven’t tried yet. There’s also a bonus: your help center becomes marketing material. You’ve already explained what a feature does and how to use it, so you have something useful to send people. That’s why I like connecting email sequences to what someone has or hasn’t used. If someone’s been using my app for a few days but hasn’t touched the Pomodoro timer, maybe they just don’t know it exists. I like to send them a quick email showing them how it works and where to learn more. I spent a lot of time building these features. It took me a little longer to realize I also needed to keep helping people find them.

Hakikat sholawat adalah Dzat memuji Sifat-Nya sendiri, maka ketika hendak bersholawat hadirkanlah di dalam rasa bahwa hakikatnya bukan kita yang bersholawat, melainkan Dzat itu sendiri yang sedang memuji Sifat-Nya. Sifat-Nya yang terpuji itu tajallinya bukan hanya pada sosok Baginda Nabi Muhammad SAW, tetapi sifatNYA juga nyata dan hidup di dalam diri kita. Apabila rasa itu hadir saat kita mensirrkan sholawat di dalam hati, maka saat itulah kita telah masuk ke dalam ranah dzikir yang paling halus, yaitu dzikir kesadaran/ Sirrul Asror/Musyahadah af'al, asma,dan sifatNYA.... Sebaliknya, jika sholawat dilantunkan tanpa rasa itu, tanpa kesadaran bahwa Dzat-lah yang memuji Sifat-Nya sendiri, maka hati masih terhijab, karena di sana masih ada rasa aku yang bersholawat dan aku yang memuji, dan di situlah letak syirik khofi yang sangat halus dan tersembunyi. Jadi, terbuka atau terhijabnya sholawat kita, kuncinya hanya satu, yaitu apakah kita menyertakan Sirrul Asror/ dzikir kesadaran /Musyahadah / penyaksian di dalamnya atau tidak. #Diri_sejati #Jalan_Sunyi
