everything has its own speed of existing based on how fast it’s traveling. If someone was walking and someone else was standing still then theoretically the people would age ever so slightly different amounts of times. Thats time dilation and it’s explained by the fact that there is a maximum speed of light. If someone shines a flashlight on a spaceship half the speed of light then the light would still be traveling the speed of light not the speed of the spaceship+the light
