My husband, both of my kids and myself have ADHD. Sometimes it’s pure chaos..😂😂 my daughter I feel like I am finally figuring out an okay way to help her that works for her. My son on the other hand came out full blown adhd as an infant! I knew from the beginning of his first few days😂 he is now 10 and I still struggle to help him communicate and focus. Isn’t parenting fun?😂😂

My kiddo was just diagnosed with the ADHD. Aaaaand since it's genetic, and dad is neuro-bland (opposite of neuro-spicy), pretty sure kiddo got it from me. 😅💙

Yea. I’ve always been an overexplain her and then I asked does that make sense? Because I really do want them to understand it so if it doesn’t make sense, I’ll try to explain it in a different way. Even homework, math problems… all the things. Just overexplain it.
