@cbspittsburgh: Three people are dead in a community outside of Pittsburgh in what the township's police chief said investigators are not treating as an "accident." Mt. Lebanon Police Chief Jason Haberman said on Tuesday that three people were found unconscious in the street behind the township's municipal building on Washington Road. They were later declared dead at the scene, and police are "treating this incident not as an accident," Haberman said. There is no threat to the public.
