Robert won because the Erwin Family are basically world royalty.. lol. As much as I was rooting for Alix to win last season, none of my coworkers or family members knew who she was so I saw the writing on the wall week 1 😅 nothing to do with an ABC contract in Robert’s case lol.

the minute he was announced, he was winning lol. his sister had won, his family is like a household name.. no one else had a chance. i didn’t even know alix at all, and she blew me away by the end of the competition.. but as far as the harry and jenna d, they definitely gave them a lot more grace when their schedules got chaotic and i do think that’s because of their shows being on ABC.

hmm i agree with harry and jenna being pushed (and them being the only ones with dance experience and abc contracts is… interesting), but i genuinely think robert was so well liked. he was getting that mirrorball as soon as he was announced imo because his family is so loved
