![🚨Back in the Costco freezer!🚨 You’ve probably heard of the iconic South Melbourne Market Dim Sims and after being gone from Costco for what feels like forever, they’re finally back. The family business behind these famous dim sims dates all the way back to the 1940s, so these have been a Melbourne institution for generations and the ones at Costco are the same mega-sized dim sims you get at the market (seriously, they are HUGE!). They come in a 1.65kg box with 15 giant dim sims and there’s just something about the filling with that little hit of pepper that I really love. You can steam or deep fry them - I also gave them a go in the air fryer and they came out with a nice crispy outside. 📍 Available in the freezer at select Australian Costco stores (Ringwood, Ardeer, Gold Coast, North Lakes) [AD] #costcoaustralia #southmelbournemarket #dimsims #smmdimsims #costcofreezer](/video/cover/7684186704294448404.webp)
